Gutters can get really filthy. They get algae and mildew on them. Usually 80% of this comes off with a normal house wash. But there can be dark streaks that look like drip lines vertically on the gutters. These are actually in the top layer of the paint. Its call the oxidation layer. The good news is that it can be removed with the right chemicals.
